Happy Birthday to Me = 23

Yes today is my 23rd birthday. I have been very blessed at such a young age to have the life that I do. I have an amazing husband and an adoarble wonderful little boy. I couldn't ask for more on my birthday. Birthday plans for tonight?? Well I get to see Carrie Underwood! What an awesome birthday present! IT'S MY PARTY AND I'LL CRY IF I WANT TO

My birthday is December 5th. Well this year Carrie Underwood will be here on my birthday! I want to go so so badly. I would give away a kidney for this! That is how much I want to go. Of course money is too tight and I can't. So I am having a few girls over for a Spa Night instead. Well then my friend Belinda tells me she can't come to my Spa Birthday Night..because she is going to Carrie Underwood. I'm so jealous. I realize this is childish, but I like I said ITS MY PARTY AND I'LL CRY IF I WANT TO! So if anyone happens to have an extra ticket around it would be an excellent birthday gift. I actually emailed both of the country music stations here and asked for tickets. Clearly that didn't work. So I guess I won't be seeing her on my birthday :(

Weekends and Cookie Dough

This weekend was full of usual weekend stuff; Movie night at home, Scrapbooking with Robyn, Grocery shopping at the wonderful Super Walmart (love that place), and Sunday, with my friends Gina and Cindy, we made a TON of cookie dough! I have 3 gallon sized zip-lock bags half full of cookie dough. I have Peanut Butter, Mrs.Fields Choc. Chip, and Oatmeal Rasin YUMMO!!! Can't wait to make them all!! I also can't wait for Thanksgiving this week. I get 2 Thanksgivings every year. 1 at my Dad's and 1 at my mum's. This is what I consider payback for having to deal with a divorce at a young age. You get 2 of every holiday! So it worked out well in the end I suppose.

too confusing

So with much consideration I am changing my photography name once again. Apparently ShutterBug makes people think of Shutterfly, which is an online co. that prints out pictures ect.. I just don't want people to confuse the 2 nor do I want them the think of that name 1st before they think of me. So I am no longer making an announcement about my new name. I have it! But I am not telling the world what it is. It's Top Secret. It seems like everytime I say something out loud people steal it or people just make that face, and say "oh, yeah I like that" Even though they hate it. So I am no longer making announcements about anything I plan on doing or nameing, untill I am ready to run with it. So there ya go.

So since we've had Noah there is no need for an alarm clock. He wakes up anywhere between 7:30-8:00 am. Well of course today he didn't wake up till 9:15! And we had Noah's Dr. appt. @ 9:30! So we were running a bit behind. I called to let them know. The lady on the phone was very rude to me. I hate that. It's not my fault that my son slept in, therefore I did. You would too if your 1year old slept in it NEVER happens! So today was Noah's Year and 1/2 Checkup. Poor baby had to get 2 shots :( One of them was a flu shot. I hate when he has to get shots because I have to hold him down. Luckily Aaron was there with me, so I made him hold Noah down. Poor little Noah cried so hard. He gets over it pretty quickly though. Then we came home and I made Taco's for lunch. So that was my day today.

First time on my new blog

This is my first time on my new blog! Yay for me!! Things for me and my famliy have been really tight lately, thanks to the economy and all. My husband has been laid off of work since the beginging of September. So money is extreamly tight, or not there at all. When he is home I am extreamly lazy, I don't know why that is. So my house has been extreamly messy. I hate that. So to cheer ourselves up we deceided to get in the Christmas Spirit early this year. We decorated for Christmas yesterday! We are only 2 weeks away from Thanksgiving. It's not that early, I guess. My son (19 months) loved the tree and took a bite out of an ornament. Luckily he didn't get cut by it. I guess he thought it was an apple? I don't know. So this is good enough for my first blog I suppose. Here are some pics from last weekend at my friend Megan's wedding.
